George Harrison MBE, who passed away on November 29, 2001. a well-known singer-songwriter and musician from England who rose to popularity as the Beatles’ lead guitarist. Harrison, who was sometimes referred to as “the quiet Beatle,” loved Indian culture and contributed to the expansion of popular music by incorporating Indian instruments and spirituality that was in line with Hinduism.
